Interesting! She did a picture for our wedding of friends as animals. Bill was a bear. Steve was a Scottish terrier, drinking tea with John--who was a goat. David was a gull.
I was a winged pony and the artist herself was a lioness, leaping onto the table where everyone sat, upsetting the tea. I'll have to show it to you sometime. It's hanging in my office.
We had some fun times, didn't we? Do you think you and Steve will ever make it out west? I've got no family left in the NE anymore, and until the yard ape is grown, all our travel is to places where we have family.
Understandable. About the only-traveling-to-relatives. We did a lot of that.
Our relative number has been mown down in the extreme what with my mother's passing in 2011, my father-in-law's in 2013, and then my mother-in-law and my father in 2014.
Howsomever, we've got our hands a bit full for now. Steve's brother, Eric, is in Seattle, it's true, but I don't see us visiting him in the immediate future becausae of the remodeling of the Victorian house and our chickadees still needing us present. But there are online games, if that interests you. Turns are usually once/week.
So the Sad Puppies clique do endorse Vox's methods.
